There are many kinds of human. If we are talking about job, we can divide human into two types. There is a worker and a planner. A worker is someone who likes to do something. And a planner is someone who likes to prepare something. Planner and worker should work together, so that the objective of their work can be reached. Planner without worker just makes an idea. No matter how great that idea, without worker who can make it real, that idea is just an idea. Worker without planner just makes a million of unsuccessful action. Everything that they done cannot show a progress. Moreover, it is stagnant or giving disadvantage to the environment as the worst result. That would be perfect if the planner and the worker become a team.
As planner likes thinking than doing, there can be so much preparation. They love making blueprints. This blueprint can be for a home plans, luxury house plans, floor plans, or any kinds of plan that you can think. The blueprint describes what the result should be. The planner likes dreaming. They like thinking about the ideal of the result. The best of the planner can do is making the most appropriate planning to the actual situation. Although the fact can say differently, planning is just a plan and does not show the real think. To make it real, it still needs somebody who wants to make it real. It is the worker.
